This is the technical FAQ section of the website.

This page is aimed to answer your questions for anyone who is having trouble viewing the site
If you have any difficulties viewing the web site (if it does not display correctly, etc) and it is not documented here then please contact Stephen Davies.

What browsers will this website work with?
www.bluebirdsfans.co.uk has been tested and works corrently on the following browsers

  • Firefox/2.0.0.4
  • Internet Explorer 7

If you are using a different browser to this then please let us know so that we can update this list.

For security reasons however, we reccomend that you use the latest version of Firefox.
Also, Firefox runs a lot smoother and a lot faster than Internet Explorer!

What screen resolution will this website work with?
The optimal screen resolution for this website is 1024x768 and above.

Why can't I add comments?
You can't add comments because you are not logged in. To login you must click home and use the login form on the left hand side. If you are not registered then you will need to register first.

The chatroom does not load.
If the chat room does not load properly then it is likely that you will need to update your version of Adobe Flash Player. The latest version can be downloaded for free here .

What is my password for the chat room?
You do not need a password to enter the chat unless you are a moderator. All that is required to access chat is that you are logged in to this website.

I've forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password then you must click on 'Password Reminder' underneath the login on the main page . Once you have done this, simply follow what it says on the screen.

I've forgotten my username and password!
If you have forgotten this then you must send an email using the contact form to 'Stephen Davies'. He will then check the account and send out your username and password to the email address that you registered with.
