| | Joe, who is yet another product of Cardiff’s youth system went on loan for most of last season when he joined Accrinton Stanley for most of the first part of the season before helping Bristol Rovers reach the playoff final in the second half of the season. Unfortunately for Joe, a league ruling ruled him out of the League 2 playoff final which Bristol Rovers won. Joe has stated that he intends to contest the right-back spot with Chris Gunter in the 2007-08 season.
