| | Joe is another player that has come through the ranks of the youth system and has gone on to be one of the best and most consistent players in the English Championship. Joe was the only Cardiff Player that played every minute or every game last season and also won the ‘goal of the year’ award for his goal against Barnsley away on the very first day of the season. Joe also has 6 international caps and is now gaining a regular starting place in John Toshacks Wales team.
